What is your order minimum?
We have no order minimum!
Do you offer NET 30 terms on orders?
No, we do not. You must pay for your order at checkout either with a credit card or PayPal account. We accept the following debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
I need to add to the order I just placed. How can I do that?
You can add to a completed order if your order has not yet been shipped and if you only have a few items to add. Please email email@example.com with your original order number and we can send you an invoice for payment.
We do ask that you place a new order if you have more than a few items to add and if the items you’re adding come to more than $50. When you place the new order, let us know in the notes section that you would like both orders to ship together. If your first order has not already been shipped, we will combine the shipping and reimburse you for any shipping overage.
Please be advised that your order may take longer to fulfill if you are adding to the order.
Do you offer custom items?
We do not offer custom items at this time.
How is shipping estimated?
Shipping is based on the order size, order weight, and on your location from Dallas, TX (where we ship from). Shipping prices also vary based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. We currently offer UPS and Priority Mail.
How long will it take to get my order?
We typically ship within 1-4 business days. We do not fulfill orders or ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking information.
Do you offer RUSH shipping?
Yes, we do. You can choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air at checkout. However, we can only offer rush shipping for items that we have in stock. Please contact us if you have questions about an item’s availability. If an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Do you offer Drop Shipping?
We do not offer drop shipping. We only ship to the address listed on your account.
Do you ship to Canada?
We do! You can choose your shipping option at checkout.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns for any merchandise that is damaged or defective. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reasons outside of this policy.
What happens if I received the wrong item or if I’m missing an item in my order?
We are happy to exchange any items that you received incorrectly or to ship items that you did not receive with your order. Please email customer service at email@example.com with your order number and the item you received incorrectly and/or the item that you need us to ship.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only if the order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it.
Using and Selling Katydid Wholesale Products
How do I mark up your products for retail?
We require our retailers to abide by Keystone Markup. You can look up this term if you’re not familiar, but it generally means that you must mark up our products by at least double the wholesale price. You may mark up our items higher than Keystone Markup, but you may not mark them down as any less. Any store or boutique that does not abide by this rule may be denied the right to purchase Katydid Wholesale products and may have their account disabled.
Do you have a store or showroom in Dallas?
We do not have a store or showroom. We have a warehouse in Dallas that is only used for shipping.
Can I sell your products on my website, Facebook, or Instagram page, or do I need a brick and mortar store?
You may sell Katydid Wholesale products on any of your personal social media pages or websites.
Can I sell Katydid Wholesale products on Amazon?
We do not allow any additional Katydid Wholesale vendors on Amazon at this time. Additionally, we do not allow Katydid Wholesale products to be sold on Walmart.com or by other 3rd party vendors. For more information on this policy, please contact us.
Can I use your product images for my website, social media pages, or email blasts?
Yes, you may use our product images for as long as you continue to purchase from us.
