KATYDID DROP SHIP PROGRAM
Dropship Information, Terms and Conditions
OPTION 1: Drop Ship (NOT using 3rd party app SyncLogic):
For retailers that are NOT using a 3rd party sync app you are allowed to take our pictures and descriptions from our website and post them on your website, Facebook group, Instagram or anywhere else you choose to sell. (Please note selling on Amazon is NOT allowed). Most all of our women’s headwear and women’s t-shirts are ALWAYS in stock because we produce most of them in-house upon order and never run out.
When someone places an order from you, you can then order the item from us. Go to KatydidWholesale.com and add the item(s) to cart like normal. We no longer have a minimum order amount so you can now check out with as little as one item in your cart. When you check out, you must put YOUR CUSTOMERS ADDRESS in the SHIP TO field. You will have to change this each time you place an order for a new customer. You will also need to add a note in the “NOTES” section during checkout that says: “DROP SHIP”. By putting these notes in, we will blind ship the package and not include an invoice in the box.

* You may only put ONE customer per order. If you need multiple products shipped to multiple customers you must place separate orders.
Be sure to charge your customer shipping since we must charge you shipping. You can expect to pay around $4-$5 for First Class shipping for one item from Dallas, TX to your customer or $9-$11 for Priority Mail shipping for one to two items from Dallas, TX.
If you see a message the first time you order stating you must have a $50 min, click on the word SUBTOTAL and that will bring you to the next screen.
We do not accept any returns on non-damaged items. If you or your customer receives a damaged item, please email us the order # as well as a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt to email@example.com. If a replacement is available, it will be sent out to the original shipping address. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the cost of the item to the original payment method on the order.
Be sure to check out our “new arrivals” page for updates on new items. We typically add new items every few weeks.
All drop ship orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours so you can notify your customer.
OPTION 2: Drop Ship (Using 3rd Party Drop Shipping App SyncLogic):

We suggest setting your SyncLogic settings up similar to the below:
This way, you can edit it and....
- Title (remove the word "wholesale" from the title)
- Descriptions (double check descriptions and remove any Katydid links or the word "wholesale" from them)
- Price (change pricing from wholesale to retail)
Once someone comes to your website and orders a Katydid item, our system will automatically send you a "draft invoice". You will need to pay this invoice (and verify the shipping address is the customers address). Once the invoice from us is paid, the order will be fulfilled on our end and shipped to your customer without an invoice and blind shipped.
* Please note, if you are paying with Paypal sometimes it will revert back to your shipping address (instead of using your customers shipping address) so be sure and edit it to your customers address before paying your invoice.
